Cardio Kickfit

Ages 15 and Up

Cardio Kickfit is a 30-minute circuit style fitness class that is great for cardio fitness, self-defense, coordination and muscle toning. Students will transition through stations in which they work on cardio, core building, strength training, as well as flexibility. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to switch up their routine.

Get in shape, lose fat and gain muscle! Nothing invigorates, motivates and refreshes you like a great workout.

All fitness levels are welcome. This course is designed for men and women ages 15+. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring a water bottle. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the first class.
